Making a Case for Deployment
Action planning within a deployment is critical to the success of the program. It is essential to see all of the necessary steps in the process in order to realize how to facilitate and advance levels. First things first: establish business case. It is worth repeating: establish a business case that is connected to the corporate strategy. From this case, based on financial and strategic goals of the corporation, you can derive the required training requirements. Many companies drive their training through a quota system. This is not effective, nor is it efficient. Good planning prior to the onset of a deployment will yield bigger, sustainable results, specifically from better-trained and better-informed employees.
